Gamber and Community Fire Company has several rental possibilities.

Social Hall

Our Social Hall is available for rent for meetings, parties, or fundraisers. The hall will seat 300 people and does include 8-foot rectangular tables and padded metal chairs. The hall is equipped with a stage, a disco ball, and Bingo call equipment (please note a fire department member will need to do any bingo calling). An ATM and ice machine are both located in the hall and the kitchen is available to use for a nominal fee. The size of the hall is 58’ x 84’

Catering

We do catered events through the Fire Company on company grounds (hall rentals, classroom rentals, and carnival grounds) that can be added to any rental. We do weddings, anniversary parties, birthday parties, banquets, and other type of events. Outside catering is also permitted.

Carnival Grounds and Pavillion

Carnival grounds are available for rental. The grounds are available for family picnics, parties, reunions, wedding receptions, etc. The grounds include lots of grass areas for activities or parking. We have a raised covered stage area as well as two pavilions with picnic tables. A bathroom building is available, including a Men’s and Women’s sides.

Classroom

The classroom is available for rent and is very suitable for small parties, meetings, receptions, etc when the main social hall is too large or not needed. The classroom is next to the social hall entrance and it has a rear exit. Unisex bathrooms are available next to the classroom. The classroom will seat 75 for a banquet and 90 for a meeting and does include 8-foot rectangular tables and padded metal chairs. The room is set up with a projector and screen as well as dry-erase boards. An ATM and ice machine are both located on site and the kitchen is available to use for a nominal fee.  The size of the classroom is 41’ x 24’

Children's Birthday Parties and/or Station Tours

Our Fire Prevention committee offers birthday parties as well as fire station tours.

Birthday Parties are generally for children ages 3-11 for 2 hours. Gamber will provide tables, chairs, ice, and party favors (fire helmets, crayons, coloring books, and other fire safety materials). A tour of the station is included during a birthday party. A suggestion donation of $150 is appreciated.

Station Tours are available for any groups who want to learn more about Gamber and Community Fire Company and what we do for our community. All school groups and scout groups are welcome! Ask us about any badge requirements for fire or safety related ones, we might be able to help.
