Gamber Assists Westminster on House Fire

Multiple Carroll County fire companies were alerted for a house fire at approximately 1:07 pm on Wednesday, March 26. The dwelling was located in the 2500 block of Old Washington Road in Westminster. Units arrived and declared a working fire and requested a rapid intervention dispatch to bring additional units.

Firefighters from Gamber & Community Fire Co. responded with Engine 131, Engine/Tanker 133, Ambulance 139, and Engine 134. Crews assisted on the scene.

Career staff from the Carroll County Department of Fire and EMS (DFEMS) along with volunteers responded on the incident. Deputy State Fire Marshals from the Office of the State Fire Marshal are investigating the cause and origin of the fire.
